This new role, created by Replay Maintenance to support and continue the rapid growth it has seen in the past few years, will see Nick being responsible for developing new clients for the company’s range of maintenance services for synthetic sports surfaces.
“Replay is seen as the leading maintenance company in the market today and I’m delighted to become part of the team.“ said Nick. “They are innovative and refreshing, and with their unique machinery and processes being used by top leisure operators and sporting venues, including the Olympic Stadium, it’s an exciting time to join the company. I’m particularly keen to be able to offer the Fieldman service to customers, which measures the impact that maintenance is having on a surface and relays this information back to them.”
Formerly with Technical Surfaces, Nick has spent over 12 years within the synthetic sports surface maintenance industry. Sport is in his blood as prior to this he obtained a Sports Science degree, spent time as a soccer coach in the US and was a merchandiser for Liverpool Football Club.
“It will be great to be part of a growing team and to be able to have a real impact on how the business develops.” Harris adds.
Headed by Garry Martin, Replay Maintenance works with some of the biggest names in the industry and has forged strong links with the Institute of Groundsmanship and the FA, with whom it also provides national training courses.
In addition to providing an extensive range of maintenance services to synthetic sports facilities across the UK, Replay’s patented technology is now being used overseas, including the US. Nick can be contacted on 07980 731558.
