Alto-Shaam banquet carts use a special heating system called Halo Heat, which offers a controlled, uniform heat source that gently and evenly warms the food. It ensures better appearance and excellent taste, while prolonging the holding life of the food.
The carts have an adjustable, electronic thermostat with digital display that closely monitors the internal temperature, ensuring the pre-cooked, plated food is held at a safe and precise temperature. To minimise heat loss the carts have superior insulation, which loses only about 1°C for every 45 minutes the food is held in the cart with the power off and the door shut.
Alto-Shaam mobile banquet carts are designed to provide a solution for any type of banquet holding stacked, covered plates, covered or uncovered plate carriers and trays for banquet service. Additional shelves for 1/1 and 1/2 gastronorm pans are also available.
The non-magnetic, heavy-duty stainless steel interiors are corrosion resistant. Full perimeter, wall-friendly bumpers along with transport handles and heavy duty castors enable the carts to be safely and easily manoeuvred and stored.
