The plain top Peer range available in four lengths, in both single and two tier formats, offers maximum storage capacity, while Victor’s Sceptre, Wet or Dry heat bains marie models come in four sizes with either heated or ambient cupboards below.
Peer and Sceptre units are available as pass-throughs with removable sliding doors to both sides and are aimed at busy kitchens, particularly those in hotels, restaurants, conference universities, schools and holiday centres.
The models can be supplied in either Natural gas or LPG, ideal for the hire market sector – all are third party certificated and CE marked in accordance with the EC gas directive. They feature a combined spark ignition, flame failure and thermostatic control and are supplied with half-inch BSP gas connections.
The digital temperature display is an optional extra on gas models which, if fitted, will require a 13 Amp supply. The units can be delivered with height adjustable legs or castors as required.
All Victor hot cupboards can be supplied with one, two or three tier heated or ambient gantry overshelves to form a highly practical kitchen servery or pass. The flexibility of options available from Victor allows kitchen specifiers’ exact requirements to be met as shelf heights and configurations can be varied on request.
The gantries feature:
• 305mm wide heavy duty stainless steel shelves securely fixed to hot cupboard top.
• Integral wiring to MCB within hot cupboard.
• Option of rocker or dimmer switch to gantry light.
• 300 watt operator-changeable quartz heat lamps with protective guards as standard.
